Dr. Ermogenis Pavlou

Dr Pavlou is Orthopaedic Surgeon with Special Training in Paediatric Orthopaedics and Limb Reconstruction.

Mr Pavlou qualified as a Medical Doctor in Russian State Medical University in Moscow-Russia.

He began his orthopaedic career in Stockholm – Sweden where he became an Orthopaedic Surgeon in Karolinska University Hospital and worked as a Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon in Astrid Lindgren’s Children Hospital, in Stockholm.

Further qualification in Paediatric Orthopaedics was gained from his travelling Fellowship sponsored by the European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society and from his Fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedics and Limb Reconstruction in Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London, U.K.

Directly after his Fellowship, he was offered a Consultant post (Locum) in Great Ormond Street where he continued the care of his patients.

Since 2017, Dr Pavlou lives and works in Limassol.

In his practice Dr Pavlou treats patients with a variety of problems of the bones, muscles, and joints. He is specially interest in conditions met in children such as neurological conditions, deformities of the spine and extremities, fractures of the bones etc.

Through his training and education, he gained experience to treat complicated conditions requiring thorough investigation, detailed preparation, and highly specialised surgical skills.

Mr Pavlou is highly motivated to provide high standard of orthopaedic care, having in mind the demands and special approach required from small patients.

Dr Pavlou is the co-founder of Scandinavian Medical Center P&P in Limassol, Cyprus.

He speaks fluently Greek, English, Russian and Swedish.
